NOTICE FOR THE NATIONAL SECRETARIAT MEETING 

Dear Comrades, 

National Secretariat Meeting of Central Govt Employees & Workers will be held on 15th February 2019 (15-02-2019-Friday)at NFPE office, 1st Floor, North Avenue Post Office Building, New Delhi – 100 001 at 03.00 pm. 

All National Secretariat members are requested to attend the meeting 

The following shall be the agenda of the meeting. 

Agenda 

1.2019 January 8th & 9th All India Strike -- Review 

2.Confederation 10 points Charter of demands – Future course of action. 

3.NPS – Building up of joint movement of like-minded organizations and future course of action. 

4.All India Trade Union Camp – Finalizing venue and dates. 

5.Financial Review. 

6.Any other items with the permission of the Chair.

The Ministry of Finance has prepared its recommendations for the Seventh Pay Commission. The announcement of changes has been done and the ministry will implement them from January 1, 2016. Option- I for Pre- 2016 Pensioners Rejected: Confederation

OPTION - I FOR PRE-2016 PENSIONERS REJECTED: In the meeting held on 30-06-2016, with Group of Ministers by JCM staff side, the Finance Minister had also clarified that Government has taken the decision to implement the recommendation of 7th CPC to bring about parity between past and present pensioners. (Vide NJCA Statement issued on 06-07-2016). Finance Minister categorically assured the NJCA leaders on 30-06-2016 that the Government has accepted the recommendation in toto and Pension department has only been asked to sort out the difficulties in implementation of Option-I, if any.
