On 1-month percentage change, it remained static between August, 2018 and September, 2018 and it was also static between the corresponding months of previous year.  The maximum downward pressure to the change in current index came from Food group contributing (-) 0.75 percentage points to the total change. At item level, Groundnut Oil, Eggs (Hen), Fish Fresh, Poultry (Chicken), Onion, French Beans, Gourd, Lady Finger, Potato, Tomato, Apple, Coconut, Sugar, etc...
